Taking a break this evening...
Man, I have been busy lately. Last week I did "I Kicked a Girl" and that kicked ass on YouTube. That is where stuff needs to be doing well on, too. YouTube is now basically where the effort is being focused because like it or not, it's where the audience is. And as much as I am really doing this stuff because I think it's funny and not because I think an audience will think it's funny, if you do that you can find an audience IF there are people coming accross your stuff.
So very slowly, but surely, I'm building an audience on YouTube of people that pretty much think the same things are funny that I do. Which is a very good thing. Also, giving away free t-shirts every month helps that cause. If you want a free t-shirt, I pick ONE completely random subscriber on YT to get the shirt of their choice from the crap store. So subscribe if that is indeed something you'd like. Otherwise, just buy one.
But I'm taking a break today. Yesterday, we filmed pretty much all day. And the funny thing is that everything we filmed is going to be like 3-5 seconds long. I was dressed up like a whaler for one thing, and in another I fought a gorilla and a nun. It's going to be great. It's actually an entry for this Klondike Bar contest going on now for $100,000. I would kill for that money - I could buy a house. In fact, I could buy the house I like. I have one I want but need a lot more for a down payment.
So anyway, I'll be filming stuff tomorrow and editing the rest of the week. Then next week, I'll probably have a new video. Next Thursday I will be getting on a plane for Salt Lake City, Utah. Patrick and I are going to be doing some seriously funny stuff. I'm hoping to get the remainder of the year's worth of public humor on this trip. I'm going to be out there for 2 weeks, so I don't know how much you'll be hearing from me.
I will try to update Twitter (twitter.com/petercoffin) from out there, then I'll post a summary when I get home. I cannot wait!

There
I'm stoked for this new video, PC
